Clinica Family Health is seeking a qualified General Dentist/Oral Health Provider to join their integrated care team. In this role you will provide high quality dental care that is culturally appropriate, and prevention focused. Serves as a leader on the dental team contributing to the smooth, efficient, operation of the team, the Site, and the Organization.

Practice Highlights: Clinica Family Health & Wellness is a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving people in Adams, Boulder, Broomfield, and Gilpin counties. We provide compassionate, quality, and comprehensive health care to around 50,000 individuals each year including children, pregnant patients, and families with low income. As a safety net provider with deep roots in our community, we believe all people should be able to access the health care they need to achieve long-term health and wellness regardless of their circumstances, background, and identity.

Community Highlights: Clinica offers evening hours and in some cases same-day appointments. We have community-based clinics located across our region (west Adams, Boulder, Broomfield, and Gilpin counties) to provide our neighbors with convenient access to care right in their backyard. In 2022, we opened two clinics in Nederland and Black Hawk to better serve our rural mountain communities, which have historically had limited access to local health care providers and services.

Other: Salary: $63.05-$75.29 per hour Qualifications: Graduation from an approved School of Dentistry. Possession of a current license to practice dentistry in the State of Colorado. Ability to diagnose and treat dental and oral disease. Working knowledge of the principles, standard practices methods, and techniques of dentistry. Knowledge of preventative dentistry, risk-based care, and educational/communication methodologies utilized in prevention. Skill in oral operative techniques and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients and staff. Ability to work in a team-based care environment required. Understanding and application of practices and principles of quality improvement (QI) preferred. Sensitivity to low income and ethnic minority community a must. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
