⚙️ Machine Operator (Stamping)

Pay: $18/hour

Location: Depew, NY

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

We are hiring Machine Operators to support production of high-quality filtration mesh products used in medical, pharmaceutical, and automotive applications. This role involves operating stamping machines, inspecting parts, and maintaining consistent production and quality standards in a clean, organized environment.

• Review blueprints and job specifications prior to production
• Set up and load materials into stamping machines
• Monitor machine operation to ensure proper alignment and performance
• Inspect finished parts visually and with measuring tools
• Record production results accurately according to procedures
• Package completed products for the next stage or shipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and proper equipment usage
• Perform repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Comfort working with machinery and following safety procedures
• Ability to remain on your feet and stay engaged throughout the shift
• Ability to safely handle materials as part of daily tasks
• Ability to focus on repetitive work while maintaining accuracy
• Basic math and documentation skills

• Previous manufacturing or production experience
• Experience with machine operation, inspection, or packaging
• Familiarity with measuring tools and production documentation
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn new skills

This is a Permanent position based out of DEPEW, NY.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
