We are looking for two LPNs to do more than just pass meds on the night shift. We need leaders who see our vision and can respect, encourage, and train co-workers to be the best version of themselves so our residents receive the very best. Every day (and night!).

At Thrive, our LPNs are responsible for all that's involved in administering daily medication to residents and supporting the care team in meeting the needs of people who make our Assisted Living and Memory Care their home.

In order to empower this level of care, individuals must be personable, professional, organized, dependable, and loving. We enrich lives by building meaningful relationships and encouraging our elders in all aspects of life.

Requirements:

• Must be an actively licensed LPN
• Able to work a flexible schedule including some weekends and some holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of medical and pharmacological terminology
• Ability to use and learn EMRs
Schedule:
• 12 hour shifts
• 4 hour short shifts
• Some weekends
