Schedule: Monday - Friday (Day Shift)
Setting: Outpatient | Private Practice

Job Overview :
A well-established multi-specialty private practice in the Western New York region is seeking Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physicians to join its growing primary care team. This is an outpatient-focused opportunity offering strong clinical support, collaborative care, and excellent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive outpatient care to new and existing patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system (MEDENT)
• Coordinate referrals and continuity of care with specialists as needed
• Communicate test results, follow-up care, and treatment recommendations to patients
• Collaborate closely with Advanced Practice Providers and clinical staff
• Participate in the after-hours call rotation schedule

Qualifications:
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Active and unrestricted New York medical license
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Previous outpatient primary care experience preferred
• Familiarity with EMR systems, preferably MEDENT
