This role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, resolving disputes, scheduling jobs, and performing operational tasks such as invoicing and ordering materials.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support:

- Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers promptly and professionally.

- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.

- Address customer complaints, handling disputes with a focus on resolution and customer satisfaction.

2. Job Scheduling:

- Coordinate and schedule jobs with customers and field staff, ensuring timely and efficient service.

- Maintain an organized schedule and follow up with customers regarding appointments and service updates.

3. Operational Tasks:

- Assist with invoicing for services rendered, ensuring accuracy in billing.

- Process orders for materials needed for jobs, coordinating with suppliers as necessary.

- Maintain inventory records and track supplies to ensure efficient operation.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate customer records in the database.

- Prepare reports on customer feedback, job status, and operational activities when required.

5. Collaboration:

- Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.

- Proficiency with computer applications, including familiarity with CRM software.
