Heavy Equipment Mechanic - Monday-Friday
We are currently seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity with a stable schedule and the chance to work on a variety of heavy equipment and diesel-powered machinery.
Schedule- Monday - Friday
- 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Full-time position
- Overtime opportunities available
- $30.00-$40.00/hr
- Diagnose and repair mechanical failures on heavy equipment and diesel engines
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine service
- Repair and maintain cranes, excavators, dozers, trucks, and other heavy equipment
- Complete work orders and maintenance documentation
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist with occasional emergency field repairs when needed
- Minimum 1 years of heavy equipment or diesel mechanic experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and safely
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Trade school or technical training
- ASE certifications
- DOT and FMCSA knowledge
- State inspection license
- CDL A or CDL B license
- Stable Monday-Friday schedule
