What You'll Do

As a Packaging Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring products are packaged accurately and meet quality standards before shipment.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Package lip balm, personal care, and pharmaceutical products according to company standards

• Count products accurately and verify quantities before packaging

• Weigh boxes to ensure product counts and weights are correct

• Perform quality inspections on products and packaging

• Verify labels, expiration dates, and printed information for accuracy

• Identify and remove defective products or packaging, including misprints, bubbles, or damaged materials

• Maintain production pace on a fast-moving packaging line

• Load, unload, stack, and palletize product as needed

• Follow all packaging, labeling, and shipping procedures

• Use basic tools such as calculators and utility knives safely and responsibly

• Follow workplace safety, cleanliness, and quality standards at all times

What We're Looking For

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in packaging, production, manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or general labor roles

• Experience working on a production line is a plus

Key Qualifications:

• Ability to stand and work throughout the entire shift

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy

• Able to follow written and verbal instructions

• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated

• Comfortable lifting, stacking, and moving packaged products as needed

Work Environment

This position is based within a manufacturing facility that produces personal care and pharmaceutical products. The environment is fast-paced, team-oriented, and focused on quality and safety. You'll be on your feet throughout the shift, working alongside a dedicated team to ensure production goals are met.

Employees are provided lockers, and all personal belongings must be stored according to facility guidelines.

This is a Contract position based out of Oak Brook, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.19 - $19.34/hr.
