Position Summary

• An experienced ERP Support Analyst is needed to deliver end-user support for core financial and operational modules within a Microsoft Dynamics environment
  . This role involves supporting legacy system operations, assisting in accounting closing processes, and supporting the migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central alongside integrated business applications
  .

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical end-user support and issue resolution across General Ledger, Job Costing, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, and Payroll modules
  .

• Assist cross-functional teams with regular accounting cycles, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes
  .

• Support system growth and migration efforts by participating in testing, documentation, end-user training, and data onboarding for new business entities
  .

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience delivering user support and troubleshooting within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  .

• Background in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  .

• Practical understanding of financial, operational, and job costing core modules
  .

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with legacy Microsoft Dynamics NAV environments (including Object Designer familiarity)
  .

• Familiarity with third-party ERP add-ons such as Project Pro, Payroll NOW by Integrity Data, or Serenic/Sylogist Payroll
  .

• Active Microsoft Dynamics certifications in NAV or Business Central
  .
