The YMCA of Northern Colorado is looking for a Site Director to lead our Kindercamp team this summer. The role involves guiding children through enriching activities, recruiting and training staff, and ensuring high-quality programs. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, at least 2 years in a supervisory role, and strong customer service skills.
