Description

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a part time Behavior Technician (BT) to provide behavior services for a local Early Intevention program in Norristown, PA.
This position requires the candidate to have experience working with behaviors for children 3-5 years old in a preschool/day care setting. This is part time and the schedule is Monday through Friday from 9am to 12pm.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the BCBA in implementing behavioral programming. Collecting data on all programming and write progress notes.
• Understand and adhere to established policies and procedures
• Demonstrate sound judgment, critical thinking, decision making, and effective time management skills through daily documentation.
• Maintain acceptable attendance status, per Agency policy
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum one year of behavior experience working with children 3-5 years old
• Child Abuse, State and Federal Clearances
