Compensation:

$120,000 - $150,000 yearly based on experience Responsibilities:

Lead and manage civil litigation cases from inception through resolution, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.

Collaborate with a dynamic team of legal professionals to develop and implement strategic litigation plans.

Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations, showcasing your advocacy skills.

Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client advisories.

Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, with precision and clarity.

Engage in client consultations to provide expert legal advice and maintain strong client relationships.

Coordinate with expert witnesses and gather evidence to build compelling cases for trial or settlement negotiations.

Qualifications:

Experience in civil litigation with a proven track record of successful case outcomes. Ability to lead and manage complex litigation cases from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction. Proven track record of effective courtroom representation, including trials, mediations, and arbitrations. Strong skills in legal research and analysis to support strategic case development. Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents with precision and clarity. Ability to collaborate effectively with a team of legal professionals to develop strategic litigation plans.
