School Custodian Cleaner

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced School Custodian to perform general cleaning duties in designated areas at a K-12 school, college or university campus environment.

Pay rate: $17.50/hr to $18.00/hr plus a Bonus: $1000! ($500 bonus after 60 days and $500 after 90 days)- Weekly pay!! 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 5am-1:30pm or Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6:30am

• Clean and maintain assigned area, which may include classrooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, office, and stairways 
\n • Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors in designated areas 
\n • Regularly check trash receptacles, emptying as needed, in all designated areas 
\n • Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures 
\n • Notify lead cleaner or manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems 
\n • Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc. 
\n • Collect, consolidate, and separate recycling into proper receptacles 
\n • Clean and dust desks, chairs, tables furniture, fixtures, doors, sills, floors, ceiling, and walls • Polish hard surfaces, e.g. woodwork, stainless steel surfaces 
\n • Wipe and clean tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas 
\n • Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates and equipment to clean areas, either manually or by using hand trucks 
\n • Clean interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees 
\n • Sweep walks, rake leaves, cut grass, remove snow or perform other incidental seasonal tasks 
\n • Maintain the cleanliness of restrooms (clean and polish as needed) 
\n • Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities 

Basic Qualifications: 
\n • Must be 18 years of age or older 
\n • No experience required and on the job training provided. 
\n • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required.
