Mig/Tig Welder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 23.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift

Standard Work Week: Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (10-hour shifts). Overtime Opportunity: Fridays, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM, as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on various materials and components according to blueprints, specifications, and welding procedures.
• Read and accurately interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents.
• Utilize a variety of hand tools for assembly, fitting, and fabrication tasks.
• Execute mechanical assembly of parts and components with precision.
• Assist with labeling products and components to ensure proper identification and organization.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Mig/Tig Welder Qualifications:

• HSD or GED
• Clear Criminal Background
• 3-5 years of welding experience
• Technical or skill certification preferred

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
