Regional Manager - Salt Lake City, UT/Las Vegas, NV - Sports Medicine

Regional Manager for Sports Medicine division responsible for leading sales strategy, managing a regional sales team, and driving revenue growth across Salt Lake City and Las Vegas territories. Position involves direct surgeon and account relationship management with significant travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key surgeons and customer accounts in region
- Lead, train, and evaluate sales team performance and professional development
- Collect market data and analyze competitive landscape to optimize sales strategy
- Manage regional budget, expenses, and sales forecasting
- Communicate sales performance metrics and business strategies to leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Five years of field sales or marketing experience
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 50-75% annually
- Demonstrated strategic planning and execution capability
- Proficiency in sales forecasting and data analysis
- Experience managing budgets and P&L responsibility
Compensation: $129,000 base + commission/bonus eligibility and benefits
