As a Hotel Housekeeper at a large chain hotel, you will play a crucial role in maintaining guest satisfaction through diligent room cleaning, inventory management, and assisting with guest services. This individual role requires effective time management and attention to detail to ensure all rooms meet the hotel's high cleanliness standards while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms following established standards
- Restock room inventory including linens, toiletries, and supplies
- Interact professionally and courteously with guests
- Sanitize rooms and surfaces using standard cleaning supplies
- Manage lost and found items promptly and accurately
- Collaborate with hotel staff to support guest services beyond cleaning
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in housekeeping or similar roles
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques and safety standards
- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks
- Attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Customer service skills to assist guests effectively
- Ability to work independently within the hotel team
