CDMO Project Manager

Leading the development and manufacturing client program activities, the full-time CDMO Project Manager will manage cross-functional teams and ensure timely project delivery while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Coordinate and manage operational activities for product manufacturing and testing, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including milestones and deliverables, while facilitating effective communication with clients Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and implement strategies to mitigate risks and address resource constraints Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or project management PMP certification preferred 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical CDMO with client-facing responsibilities 5+ years of project/program management experience in regulated manufacturing environments Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, PowerPoint, and Excel
