Location: Chicago, IL 60652

Pay Rate: $17.05/hr

Shift: 2nd Shift (3pm - 11pm)

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment used in food production processes.
• Perform tasks such as mixing, assembling, packaging, and labeling food products.
• Monitor production lines to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and production areas.
• Follow established safety procedures and guidelines while handling machinery and food products.
• Assist in inventory management by organizing raw materials and finished goods.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and notify supervisors of equipment issues.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Basic understanding of operating production machinery and tools.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail for quality control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts if required.
