Senior Receptionist/Hospitality/Concierge Pay rate: $20.42 - $23.00/hr Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch Location: Armonk, NY Temp to hire Job Description: This Senior Receptionist/Hospitality/Concierge position will be the first impression and focal contact point to all who enter this customer business site. The candidate will need to provide exceptional service to the business from greeting and welcoming all incoming customers, clients and visitors to acting as site information resource to all. They will also create and maintain a professional image of the company by providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service at all times. There will be possible occasional lifting up to 30 lbs. with assistance. The manager is looking for someone with a professional background with customer service experience. The site location is 1 North Castle Drive, Armonk, NY 10504 and free parking is available. Qualifications: Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of prior switchboard experience. Excellent organizational and communications skills MS Office Suite experience, specifically Word and Excel. Excellent customer service skills. Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
