Case Manager

Are you someone who leads with empathy and enjoys helping others through challenging situations? This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact while building your career in customer care.
In this role, you'll support travelers whose mobility equipment has been damaged during air travel. Acting as a case manager, you'll guide each customer through the claims process from start to finish-delivering compassionate, high-touch ("white glove") service every step of the way.
*What You'll Do*
* Manage customer claims from start to finish, serving as the main point of contact
* Provide *white-glove customer service* through regular outbound calls and updates
* Support customers navigating situations involving damaged mobility equipment
* Collaborate with technicians, airlines, and internal teams to resolve claims efficiently
* Handle sensitive and sometimes escalated conversations with empathy and professionalism
* Think creatively to find solutions that meet both customer needs and business goals
* Maintain and manage a caseload of ~40-50 active customers
* Proactively follow up with customers every 2-3 days to ensure a seamless experience

*What We're Looking For*
* 1-2 years of professional experience (customer-facing preferred)
* Bachelor's degree required (Associate's considered for strong candidates)
* Strong communication skills with confident and professional phone presence
* Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and composure
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable making outbound calls and managing ongoing customer relationships
* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry)

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $21.63/hr.
