You can learn more about our Company, Culture and Values here: We are looking for a Manager of Revenue Accounting to join a team our team of highly talented revenue accountants. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the overall revenue accounting process, including the revenue accounting month-end close process, revenue recognition (ASC 606) accounting conclusions based on business operations, and ad hoc revenue accounting related projects for a subset of EverCommerce's software solutions. Our ecosystem enables companies to thrive in an environment of shared knowledge and resources with significant cost savings.Responsibilities:Business acquisitions - Onboard acquired companies to US GAAP revenue recognitionImplement and maintain the Company’s revenue recognition policies identifying operational expedients where possibleManage 1 direct report with opportunity to grow team through acquisition of additional businessesAssist EverCommerce team in implementation of best-in-class billing and revenue recognition systems, consolidating current systems where deemed necessaryMaintain data integrity of revenue and billings for yearly financial statement auditManage monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue schedules for our accounting close process, including SoX controlsAdditional ad-hoc projects as neededSkills and Experience needed for success in this role:Required:4-5+ years of accounting experienceBS/BA degree in Accounting, CPA preferred1-3 years of public accounting experience with strong revenue recognition acumenStrong understanding of month-end and year-end close processesStrong organizational, project management and interpersonal skillsExcellent attention to detail, writing and communication skillsStrong interest in learning and developing additional skills and expertise in multiple areas of operational and technical accountingPreferred:Mix of public and private experience related to mergers and acquisitionsExperience with mid-size ERP softwareExperience with SAAS and technology servicesWhere:The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams across multiple regions. This role is a Denver based hybrid role, which will be in person on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week in our office in the RINO area to collaborate with other revenue accounting teammates.
