What You'll Do

Design & Deliver: Lead the full lifecycle of water and wastewater projects—treatment plants, pump stations, pipelines, distribution and collection systems.

Technical Excellence: Run hydraulic modeling, perform rigorous calculations, and produce flawless plans, specs, and reports.

Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Partner with civil, environmental, and planning teams to create integrated solutions.

Client & Regulatory Liaison: Interface with municipalities, regulators, and stakeholders; manage permitting and compliance.

Project Ownership (Level-Dependent): Set budgets, track schedules, and drive project success from concept to completion.

Business Development: Contribute ideas and content for proposals that win new work and expand our market presence.

Who You Are

Education: B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering.

Credentials: EIT or PE (or on track to obtain).

Experience: 2–10+ years in water/wastewater engineering—treatment design, hydraulic modeling, or utility infrastructure.

Tech Skills: AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, WaterGEMS/SewerGEMS/InfoWorks, and other modeling tools.

Soft Skills: Exceptional communicator, collaborator, and problem-solver with a drive to lead.
