Radiology Quality Control Specialist

To support the Radiology Command Center, the full-time remote Quality Control and Assurance Specialist will manage workflow improvements, oversee compliance with quality standards, and facilitate communication between radiologists and referring physicians. Key responsibilities Monitor and improve radiology processes to enhance efficiency and patient safety Assist in the management of external read requests and ensure timely reporting of findings Collect and analyze data to identify trends and support continuous quality improvement initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred Familiarity with radiology and reporting tools such as Nuance, PowerScribe, and PACS Understanding of quality control and assurance protocols in a healthcare setting Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards related to radiology services
