Home Care Registered Nurse - BRONX - $10,000 sign-on bonus

Brief Description The Primary Care RN provides and directs the provision of home nursing care, based on agency policies and procedures, through the competent application of the nursing process. Collaborates closely with all disciplines to ensure patient needs are met in accordance with plan of care. Maintains clinical records in accordance with New York State and Federal regulations, and Home Care policy. Supports organization’s mission to provide the highest quality care by complying with regulatory guidelines, meeting agency standards, and obtaining appropriate certification. Requirements Formal education required: Associates degree in nursing; B.S.N. preferred. Holds a valid Registered Nursing license to practice in New York State.
