What You'll Do:

• Manage all daily site operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Supervise and support direct support staff, providing guidance and training.
• Implement and oversee programs tailored to individual needs, promoting independence and well-being.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, safety, and licensing regulations, ensuring a safe, homelike environment.
• Participate in individual treatment planning meetings and coordinate necessary documentation.
• Act as a liaison with families, guardians, external agencies, and team members to ensure coordinated care and support.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience developing programs and training staff.
• Bilingual skills for serving diverse populations.
• Certification in crisis intervention or staff training.
• Knowledge of Medicaid programs and regulatory compliance.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to participate in rotating on-call duties, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to coordinate transportation and ensure vehicle safety.
• Experience with budget management and conducting internal and regulatory inspections.
