Pain Management Physician – Erie, PAPosition Type: Full-Time | Setting: Outpatient & ASCAffiliation: Academic system (University of Pittsburgh)Location: Erie, PennsylvaniaVisa Support: Accepts H-1B candidates Key Highlights

• Start Date: ASAP (Flexible)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Status: Employed, Non-Profit Health System (PSLF Eligible)
• Work Model:
• Outpatient clinic
• Procedures at ASC
• Travel to nearby regional clinics required

• Practice Type: Multispecialty clinic; team-based, collaborative model Candidate Requirements
  • MD/DO from accredited institution
  • Pain Fellowship (ACGME-accredited) – Required
  • Board Certified or Eligible
  • Eligible for unrestricted PA license
  • DEA certification
  • Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to patient-centered care
  Procedures PerformedIncludes a full spectrum of interventional and regenerative treatments:
  • Injections & Nerve Blocks:Caudal, epidurals (cervical/thoracic/lumbar), facet, genicular, intercostal, occipital, trigeminal, medial branch, sympathetic, trigger point
  • Advanced Therapies:Radiofrequency ablation, PRP, prolotherapy, regenerative injections
  • Joint Injections:Shoulder, knee, and hip
