Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals through effective sales techniques and relationship building. Maintain the sales floor's appearance and organization, ensuring products are well-displayed and fully stocked. Engage with guests through demonstrations and educational opportunities that highlight the features and benefits of our products. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all guests. Requirements Qualifications: Strong passion for shooting sports and firearms; knowledge of products and industry trends is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with guests and build rapport. Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to achieve sales targets. Ability to work as part of a team while also being proactive and self-motivated. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
