Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status, using established diagnostic tools to formulate accurate treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client, for instance, setting measurable objectives for recovery.

• Deliver evidence-based interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing methods that may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Systematically monitor clients’ progress over time, adapting treatment plans as needed to ensure the continued effectiveness of therapy.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and supportive counseling to clients experiencing urgent emotional distress.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and other legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care and referrals as necessary.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in training workshops and staying informed about the latest trends in mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
