Crumbl Cookies is hiring immediately for Shift Leads to join their team!

We are seeking talented Shift Leads to join and help lead our Crumbl crew! A Crumbl bakery is an exciting and fast-paced place to work, with an upbeat talented crew of bakers. Shift leads work closely with store management to carefully Manage one of our working shifts. Duties primarily revolve around the general management of your direct reports, which include, but are not limited to: providing and demonstrating task instructions, keeping attendance, and measuring key performance indicators. You will be expected to keep records and produce reports that will be used to review team performance. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and a passion for excellence, and ensure the bakery is meeting the high standards customers and employees deserve. Previous leadership experience is a plus.

Shift lead responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Manage all the basics of running the store
• Make sure employees that report to you meet performance expectations
• Keep employees moving at a quick/accurate pace
• Handle all customer service complaints/issues
• Keep the store Clean
• Give clear instructions or orders to subordinate employees
• Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure, and healthy
• Meet deadlines
• Ensure Great customer service at all levels

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills
• An eye for detail and accuracy
• Reliable, with high integrity and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Basic Math and Computer literacy
• Proactive organizational skills
• High School Diploma
• Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast paced environment
