Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery night shift position requiring AWHONN fetal monitoring and NRP certification.
Details
- Labor and Delivery department within a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Requirements
- Active VA or compact RN license required
- BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
- Intermediate or Advanced AWHONN or NCCEFM fetal monitoring certification required
- Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) card, Advanced 9th Edition, from the American Academy of Pediatrics required
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Labor and Delivery required
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
- One professional reference required
Additional Information
- Provide direct patient care to laboring and delivering mothers and newborns
- Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
- Local candidates will not be considered
