Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Medical/Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 1900 - 0730 Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience License: Active RN State License Certifications: BLS, CPI, NIHSS Stroke Certification Must-Have: Competency Validation, Drug Screen, Health Statement, Vaccinations Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Medical/Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical/surgical setting. The position requires an active RN state license and current BLS certification. Additional certifications including CPI and NIHSS Stroke Certification are required. Candidates must successfully complete a drug screen and submit a health statement. Vaccination records must be provided, including annual flu vaccination. Strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment are essential. A commitment to patient care and safety is paramount. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for patient assessment, care planning, and implementation of care.
