Quality Inspector Position Trigo Global Quality Solutions has several immediate openings for Quality Inspectors in Clinton, TN. 1st Shift $16.50 per hour, 6:30AM - 2:30PM 2nd Shift $17.50 per hour, 2:30PM - 10:30PM 3rd Shift $17.50 per hour, 10:30PM - 6:30AM Monday - Saturday Schedule (Daily & weekend OT is Mandatory if required) Overall Purpose of the Quality Inspector: Provide quality services and support for all missions assigned to a manufacturing or warehouse site while ensuring a healthy and safe work environment. Responsibilities Client Relationship & Business Development Act as an impartial third party between the production source and the customer facility to ensure the product meets set criteria Operations Check/inspect manufactured parts or products for defects Read and follow work instructions and general processes Use measuring or testing equipment as needed Ensure products meet quality standards Display excellent customer service Must comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies Organization & Management Collect and record data Technical Utilize company portal for time recording and policy acknowledgements Other Any other duties as assigned Knowledge, skills, abilities Hard skills: Good communications skills Must be able to multi-task Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle sensitive and confidential material Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time Ability to bend, lift, twist and move freely Ability to periodically lift/move up to 50 pounds Must have reliable transportation Values & attitudes: Global team spirit Team player Caring for people Open-minded Excellence Reactive Rigorous Customer focus Client oriented Reliable & trustworthy Flexible Initiative Autonomous Innovative Daring Work experience: Overall recommendations No experience necessary Ability to read blueprints a plus Education background: Overall recommendations High School Diploma or Equivalent recommended or comparable work experience About Trigo Global Quality Solutions: Founded in 1997, Trigo is a multinational company providing operational Quality Management solutions for the manufacturing sector, especially in the automotive and aerospace industries.
