PRN LPN Opportunity At The Pines Post Acute & Memory Care

The Pines Post Acute & Memory Care is a 50-bed nursing home focusing on short term rehabilitation and memory care nestled among 17 acres of beautiful country in Clintonville, WI. Pay: LPN rate is $31-$34/hr. Will include working every other weekend.

Hours:

• Noc: 10:30 pm to 6:00 AM
• PRN
• PM: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Medication administration
• Evaluation of long-term care and rehab residents
• Applying treatments necessary to meet the needs of residents
• Observing residents and appropriately documenting
• Ability to care for residents in a manner that is: patient and respectful regardless of residents cooperation
• Follow safety guidelines

Skills:

• MUST have an LPN license
• Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
• Excellent knowledge of emergency care
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times
• BS or other diploma from a nursing program
