Director, Supply Planning (San Jose)

We are seeking a Supply Planning leader to join our Operations team in San Jose, CA. This is an opportunity to join Arm at an exciting time as our business continues to grow. You will develop our supply chain, from driving supplier forecast and capacity planning to ensuring the timely delivery throughout the lifetime of the product.Responsibilities:Develop and implement supply planning processes, in collaboration with our suppliers.Run the supply chain for optimal balance of on time delivery and cost.Lock in capacity to support our growing demand and upside potential.Manage our supply from raw materials to finished goods.Develop supply chain transparency through building strong trusting relationships with our suppliers.Required Skills and Experience :10 years experience in a fabless semiconductor startupHands on experience with end-to-end Foundry and OSAT supply planningExperience in fab capacity planning and wafer startsProven ability to translate demand forecasts into executable supply plans across multiple nodes and suppliersEfficiently collaborating across multiple time zones“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :Experience planning memory supplyAbility to operate in ambiguous and fast changing environmentsExperience in a large scale fabless semiconductor companyConsistent record in identifying and proactively mitigating supply risks, capacity constraints, and yield variabilityExperience in supporting NPI ramp planning, working closely with Engineering, Product, Operations, Finance, and Program Management#LI-RJ1Salary Range:$246,500-$333,500 per yearWe value people as individuals and our dedication is to reward people competitively and equitably for the work they do and the skills and experience they bring to Arm.
