- Provide peer support grounded in mutuality, respect, shared decision-making, self-determination, and individual choice.
- Help clients identify strengths, recovery goals, coping strategies, wellness tools, triggers, and natural supports.

- Facilitate or co-facilitate peer support, recovery, wellness, and psychoeducational groups as assigned.
- Recognize changes in client presentation that may indicate increased behavioral health needs or safety concerns; provide supportive engagement and de-escalation within the scope of the role and follow CRW procedures for urgent concerns.
- Collaborate with clinicians, medical providers, care coordinators, and other members of the client’s support network when appropriate and with proper consent.
- Complete required case notes, service documentation, assessments, and other records accurately and within established program, agency, and regulatory timeframes.
- Participate in supervision, case conferences, interdisciplinary meetings, trainings, and program meetings as required.
- Maintain client confidentiality, professional boundaries, and the distinct values and principles of peer support while functioning as an integrated member of the CRW team.
