Job Description Represent clients in mergers and acquisitions transactions from initial structuring through closing Draft and negotiate purchase agreements and transaction documents Advise corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies on day-to-day business matters Assist clients with entity formation and organizational structuring Support finance and private equity transactions Conduct due diligence and manage transaction processes Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups on complex matters Build strong client relationships and provide practical legal advice Qualifications 3+ years of corporate law experience Strong mergers and acquisitions experience required Experience representing corporations, partnerships, and LLCs preferred Experience with entity formation and business structuring preferred Finance and private equity transaction experience preferred Securities law knowledge is a plus Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills Maine bar admission required Why You Will Love Working Here You will join a collegial and highly respected team where attorneys are trusted with meaningful work and client relationships.
