Blender Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Follow proper instructions on blend recipes and batch tickets.
• Locate and maintain inventories in the pre-weigh room.
• Work with warehouse to keep stock at proper levels.
• Manage operation, setup, and recordkeeping for all blending equipment, including scales, blenders, sifters, and metal detectors.
• Load materials into blender(s).
• Perform pack off of finished products for all batch productions.
• Prepare equipment with safety checks, handle changeovers.
• Follow cleaning procedures between runs.
• Support chai team brewing production operations.
• Maintain clean production areas, follow SOPs and GMPs, support compliance with certifications, and assist with preventive maintenance.

Blender Operator Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and working on your feet.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach to handle materials and equipment.
• Good manual dexterity for handling small components and measuring instruments.
• Ability to work in environments that may include exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
• Previous experience in a blending or batching role is preferred.
• Strong math skills, with the ability to perform accurate measurements and calculations.
• Experience working with scales and understanding of lot number tracking.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a self-motivated and self-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
