As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Family Life Care, you will play a vital role in helping our patients by providing compassionate and professional care in the comfort of their own home. FLC serves our community from children to senior citizens. Responsibilities Provide medical care in the home as assigned by a Physical Therapist. Help patients remain at home in a safe, comfortable, and healthy environment by performing tasks such as administration of medication, feeding, and other care as needed per the patient’s plan of care. Communicate any changes affecting the patient’s medical condition and needs with other team members and family members. Keep records of all tasks performed and the patient’s overall health and behavioral status.
