We are seeking passionate and motivated Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW-C, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC) to join our expanding team. We offer flexible opportunities including full-time, part-time, and fee-for-service roles—ideal for clinicians seeking stability, supplemental income, or the ability to grow a caseload at their own pace.
Responsibilities
Provide group therapy in-person once a week
Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment planning when needed
Potential for Individual and Family therapy
Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team
Deliver culturally competent, trauma-informed care
Schedule & Compensation
Fee-for-Service: Competitive per-session rate, flexible hours, and administrative support.

Requirements:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
Active Maryland license (LGPC, LMSW, LCPC, or LCSW-C)
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
In-Person availability
Experience with adults in outpatient and/or residential settings preferred
