Montessori school is looking for a Toddler Lead and Assistant Teachers,

Seeking an individual who is passionate about teaching profession and early childcare education, and enjoy working with the young children with best caring nature. The children age group is between 2y & 3.5y

This is full-time, 8-hour position, ideal for teachers who wants to gain Montessori classroom experience in a nurturing learning environment.

Responsibilities :

- Support and guide children in the classroom

- Create a safe, positive and engaging learning environment

- Take a lead/assist with classroom activities, supervision, and daily routines

- Encourage independence, respect and social development

- Must be a team player, and Communicate Professionally with staff and administration.

- Assist children with their bathroom need and encourage how to use independently (potty train)

- Update the student activities in the Procare reporting portal for parents in a timely manner

Qualifications:

- Min 2 yrs of an experience working with young children

- Minimum of High school graduation, but any childcare education related is preferred

- Background check is required (and may be federal finger printing in some cases)

- Good writing skill is needed to send the daily/weekly/monthly reports to parents, professionally

PAY

- Depends on the experience as we are not limiting for the right/qualified candidates.
