Job Description: tarte cosmetics is seeking experienced retail sales associates for part-time opportunities in select geographic markets. Requirements: Passion for tarte products Retail sales experience, with expertise in Sephora and/or Ulta environments Strong relationship-building and verbal communication skills Enthusiasm for customer service with the ability to confidently engage and assist customers Merchandising and planogram experience Competitive spirit with a drive to achieve sales goals (SPH target: $200/hour) Availability during peak retail hours, including weekends and some evenings Own a smartphone and have a working knowledge of apps and social media Our Perks Compensation range: $23-30/hr (Compensation range: $23-30/hr (compensation varying based on geographic location, skill level, and relevant work experience) Friendly, fun, creative & collaborative work environment Tarte is an equal opportunity employer.
