Clinical Pharmacist

Advocate Health is seeking a part-time Pharmacist at the Pineville Pharmacy to oversee pharmaceutical care, review orders, and design therapy regimens in collaboration with the health care team. The candidate will provide patient counseling, maintain medication safety, participate in quality improvement, and mentor students as assigned. Licensure in the state of practice is required; a Bachelor’s or Doctorate in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited school, or NABP FPGEC certificate, is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
