Minimum of 1 year professional animal handling experience (shelter, vet, or bathing). Strong Work Ethic – Be punctual, reliable, and take ownership of your work. Independent & Self‑Motivated – You’ll be working solo in the van, so being proactive is key. Team Player Attitude – While you’ll work independently, collaboration with the team is essential for success. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (3+ years) and confidence driving a large van. Natural with customer service – Pets and people love you. Able to lift up to 75 lbs and handle all the grooming tools like a pro.
