Executive Home Care is a national in-home healthcare company dedicated to providing non-medical care services to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those recovering from illness or surgery. We help clients maintain their independence at home.

As we continue to expand and enhance our services, we are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in connecting families and referral sources within our community. This role is responsible for driving sales and revenue goals by developing and executing a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy. Key responsibilities include:

* Developing strategic plans

* Building referral networks

* Overseeing marketing initiatives

* Conducting presentations

* Training sales team

* Analyzing market trends

* Collaborating with leadership

Qualifications for this position include a bachelor's degree (preferred), 3-5 years of experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality sales leadership, a proven track record of achieving sales goals, strong networking and public speaking skills, and knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems.

This is a part-time, hybrid position based in Atlanta, with competitive pay, performance incentives, and residuals on sales.
