Attorney - Personal Injury

Growing and tight-knit Personal Injury Law Office is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney (Litigation).

Skills and requirements:
- Licensed in the State of Texas
- Solid writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision
- Quick learner and adaptive to changing situations
- Strong problem solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word

Principal duties and responsibilities:
- Submit all legal correspondence necessary for litigation by required deadlines
-conduct depositions and mediations
- Bring cases to trial as needed and achieve favorable verdicts
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters and staff
- Hours: normal business hours

Previous work experience as a trial attorney within the personal injury field is highly desirable but we would be willing to train the right person.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
