Since 1991, we have expanded into a multi-state practice representing Fortune 500 companies across California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Washington, and Colorado.Recognized by major financial institutions for our ethical standards and performance, our firm provides mentorship, structure, and support to help employees grow their careers.What We OfferHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) plan with company matchSupportive team-centered work environmentOpportunities for training and professional developmentPaid time off and company holidaysYour Role: Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and clerical support to attorneys and paralegalsDraft, proofread, and format legal correspondence and basic documentsFile and serve legal documents, including e-filing with California courtsMaintain and organize case files, both physical and electronicManage attorney calendars, schedule hearings, and track deadlinesCommunicate professionally with clients, courts, and internal staffPrepare and process outgoing mail, scanning, copying, and data entryAssist with discovery preparation and document productionSupport high-volume caseloads while maintaining accuracy and attention to detailFollow established procedures consistently and effectivelyUse Microsoft Office and law office software proficientlyQualifications1–2 years of legal assistant or administrative legal experience preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience with California court systems and e-filing is a plusExcellent organizational skills and the ability to multitaskMust be dependable, punctual, and detail-orientedMust be 18 years or olderMust pass a background and drug testScheduleFull-time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMReady to Join Our Legal Team?We value your time, so our application process is quick and simple.
