Mobile MDS Coordinator

Mobile MDS Coordinator | Maryland Locations A well-established long-term care organization across Maryland is looking for a seasoned Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator to step into a high-impact, statewide float role. This isn't a desk job. You'll move across 10+ sites spanning the full geography of Maryland, stepping in where it matters most: training new MDS staff, covering vacations, and bridging gaps while permanent hires are recruited. You know the work. You come in, assess the situation, and deliver. What this role requires: Active, clean RN license Demonstrated MDS experience with both Medicare and Medicaid Applicable certifications Currently working as an MDS Coordinator or RNAC (this role is a natural next step, not a pivot) Maryland residency Reliable vehicle and comfort with statewide travel The ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and facility cultures Compensation and logistics: $110K - $120K base salary Full mileage reimbursement All travel expenses covered (hotels, meals, and related costs) The interview process: Initial screen with our team Conversation with the Director of Clinical Reimbursement and Senior VP of Clinical On-site meeting based on leadership location This role is open because Maryland has been a genuinely difficult market to recruit in, and this organization needs someone with real credentials who doesn't need to be ramped up from scratch.
