Overview We’re Hiring for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Houston Region Hybrid Telehealth ABA services. Compensation & Incentives Base Compensation: $79,000 - $92,500 annually based on experience. Hybrid Telehealth role that allows for more flexibility to work from home 75% of the time. Achievements Founded and still led by experienced BCBAs. Organic Growth: We operate 80+ centers where we serve children with autism, ages 18 months to 10 years. Recognized on the Inc. 5000 list, 2023 Company of the Year, and 2021 Clinical Excellence Award. Qualifications Must reside outside the Greater Houston area. Must travel at least 25% monthly – one (1) week per month for in-person supervision. Must hold a Master's or Doctorate level degree in Behavior Analysis or related field. Must have Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines. Must obtain both Texas & Oklahoma LBA state licensure; reimbursement provided. Must hold Licensed Professional LBA per state guidelines, if applicable. Must have minimum of 2 years working as a BCBA. Preferred: 2+ years of ABA telehealth experience. Preferred: Experience working with center-based, early intervention children. Desired Traits: Effective collaborator, empathetic team player.
