Bus Driver for Seniors We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Bus Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation services for senior residents. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate passenger buses to transport seniors to scheduled appointments, activities, and outings Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, ensuring their safety and comfort Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during operations Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the bus, reporting any issues promptly Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and passenger counts Provide friendly and courteous service to all passengers, addressing their needs and concerns Adhere to schedules and routes, ensuring timely arrivals and departures Skills and Qualifications: Valid driver’s license Proven experience as a bus driver or in a similar transportation role Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to assist seniors with mobility and provide compassionate service Knowledge of traffic laws, safety procedures, and vehicle maintenance basics Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, and occasional weekends High school diploma or equivalent Join our team and contribute to creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for our senior community.
