About the Role:

Join R&R Rubber Molding Inc as a Trimming and Inspection Operator, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and precision of our rubber products. Responsibilities:

Trim and inspect rubber products to meet quality standards.
Operate cutting tools and inspection equipment efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety.
Document and report any defects or discrepancies in products.
Collaborate with team members to improve production processes.
Follow all safety protocols and company policies diligently.
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in manufacturing or inspection roles is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
Ability to operate hand tools and measuring instruments.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
