About the Role:
Join R&R Rubber Molding Inc as a Trimming and Inspection Operator, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and precision of our rubber products. Responsibilities:
- Trim and inspect rubber products to meet quality standards.
- Operate cutting tools and inspection equipment efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety.
- Document and report any defects or discrepancies in products.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies diligently.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.

Requirements:
