This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and playing an important role in keeping financial operations running smoothly.The Accounts Payable Clerk will manage the full accounts payable process, ensuring invoices are processed accurately, vendor accounts are maintained, and payments are completed on time. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple departments while contributing to efficient and accurate financial operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and code vendor invoices accurately and timelyMatch invoices to purchase orders and receiptsPrepare and process accounts payable payments, including checksReconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepanciesMaintain vendor records and supporting documentationRespond to vendor and internal inquiries regarding paymentsMonitor general ledger coding and ensure compliance with company policiesAssist with reporting, reconciliations, and other accounting projects as neededQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Accounting preferred2+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office, including ExcelStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlinesSalary: up to $60,000
